The Friends of the RSPCA Gladstone has many furry friends in care waiting for their forever homes.
Age: 10 months
Breed: Bull Arab cross
Duke is a loving and playful fella looking for a new friend to take him home.
Duke is an energetic boy so he would love to find a home with someone who has an active lifestyle. He likes playing with other dogs and would be happy in a home with another dog, around the same size, to keep him company.
Duke enjoys going for car rides and walks. And his foster mum has been teaching him to pull less on the lead. He’s a clever boy and sits and waits for his food as well.
Because Duke is so energetic, sometimes he jumps when first greeted, so he would be best suited to a home with children over 12 years old. He is also very apprehensive of older men and can get frightened when meeting new male adults. Unfortunately, we think this fear comes from his life before coming to Friends of the RSPCA and we hope that a loving home can help him overcome this anxiety.
Duke’s adoption fee is $270. This fee includes desexing, vaccinations, micro chipping and registration with Gladstone Regional Council.
