Gladstone News is a big believer in Industry and Community working together to create a happy and thriving region. For anyone who would like to be a part of the connection process, Boyne Smelters Limited (BSL) will be hosting a Community Forum on Wednesday November 7th.
The team at BSL hold these Community Forums periodically, with the aim of creating a long-term, open and honest two-way communication between BSL and the local Boyne Island and Tannum Sands Community.
WHAT HAPPENS AT THE FORUM? BSL management share information on business performance, priorities and sustainability activities so that community members feel informed on how the Boyne/Tannum region’s largest employer operates. Community members are encouraged to provide feedback, ask questions or raise issues directly with BSL management. Together, they also identify opportunities and issues in the wider community and BSL assists in providing solutions where possible.
If this sounds like something you’d be interested in attending, we would encourage you to get involved on Wednesday November 7th, 6pm, at Kalori Conference Centre, Hampton Drive, Tannum Sands.
