DO IT YOURSELF EASTER CHOCOLATES

Get creative in the kitchen and gift some choccies with a personal touch!  

Ingredients –  

375g packets of Dark, Milk or White Chocolate Melts 

Method –  

Place melts into a heatproof bowl over a saucepan of simmering water. Heat the melts, stirring with a metal spoon until all melted.  

You can also melt the chocolate in the microwave. Simply place the melts into a small, heatproof, microwave-safe bowl. Heat uncovered on medium power for 2 to 3 minutes stirring after every minute until all melted.   

Once melted pour chocolate into moulds. Get creative! You can add edible flowers, essential oils, dried fruit, coconut, glace cherries, nuts or even sprinkles to make your home-made chocolates a little bit fancy!
