This year Book Week 2016 runs from the 20th to the 26th of August and encourages children to enjoy new authors and books, and is celebrated in schools, libraries, homes, and bookstores across Australia. The theme this year – Australia! Story Country.
In honour of Book Week we have found some amazing children’s and young adult books to share with your kids, nieces, nephews, grandchildren or students – published this year and voted as the best books of 2016 by The Children’s Book Council of Australia.
