Gladstone Musical Society Inc is holding their Annual Easter Concert on Thursday 18th April 2019 at the Presbyterian Church, Goondoon St, Gladstone @ 10am.
Gladstone Embroiderers’ Guild is holding their Annual Easter Display at the Gladstone Library on Friday 30th March from 8am to 4.30pm and Saturday 31st March, 2018 from 8am to 3.30pm. This year they are celebrating their 35th year. Contact for further information is: Pam Wood, President on 49792442
The Gladstone and District Philatelic Society is pleased to announce our annual Stamp Fair will be held again on the 20th and 21st of April at the Central Queensland University Marina Campus Brian Jordon Drive Gladstone. Open from 9am to 4pm Saturday, 9am to 3pm Sunday. Of special interest, this year is an award-winning display by former Gladstone resident Michelle McCarthy. Michelle’s display is entitled “Buckingham Palace and the House of Windsor.” This is a 3-frame display consisting of 15 sheets. There will also be; Stamp dealers, Stamp Valuers, Circuit Books, Refreshments, Stamps for sale, Raffles, Stamp Accessories, Stamp Displays, Bargain Table and Lucky Door Prizes. Bring along your old stamp collection and have it valued. Entry is free.
The Gladstone Orchid & Foliage Society Inc is holding a 3-day show in conjunction with The Harbour Festival over the Easter long weekend. There will be a beautiful display of orchids, ferns and foliage on show for the public to view. As well as plants for sale.
