Fix Network Australia is thrilled to announce the addition of James and Erin Robertson to our network as their latest franchise partners. In a global first, they will be joining both the Novus and Fix Auto Networks simultaneously. Based out of Gladstone, with an illustrious background in the automotive industry, James and Erin Robertson have steered the success of one of Gladstone’s top automotive dealerships, which is fast approaching its 50th anniversary in business. Their decision to expand the business portfolio by acquiring Lowry’s Auto Body Repairs in 2021 underscores their progressive approach to the industry. 

When looking for support in optimising their collision business venture, James and Erin sought to understand how Fix Auto could help them achieve their ambitions for growth. Being no strangers to working within a global brand and a franchise environment, it was clear that a partnership that embodied their passion for business and community and the global reach and infrastructure of Fix Auto was a perfect fit.  Additionally, the synergies between Autoglass and collision were obvious and the opportunity to integrate those services better through acquiring the Novus Glass franchise would add immediate value to the business and its customers.
