The journey of now Gladstone local cake artist Nikki began in her childhood, where the aroma of baking filled the kitchen. Her mother, who worked in a bakery, became her baking mentor, and her grandmother’s kitchen wizardry contributed to the repertoire of recipes that would later shape her business. Little did she know that her venture into the world of cake making would begin with the themed birthday parties she organised for her own children.
