Love yourselfie a little bit more this Valentine’s Day

………. with Artist Catherine Gomersall as part of the I AM U exhibition program Wed 14 Feb from 6pm at Crow Street Creative.  Bring yourself, your friend, your lover(s) and your mobile phone and be introduced to concept design, posing, composition, lighting techniques and the use of apps suitable for mobile phone photography.

I AM U is a layered social media project that investigates selfie culture and how we use social media to express ourselves, form friendships and interact with each other in a playful way. The exhibition at Photopia Studios presents an archive of the work produced by artist Catherine Gomersall in response to a callout she made to over 3000 friends on Facebook earlier this year.
