Jason Faint, chef and owner had made the move to Brisbane to open a new concept restaurant – The Riff. He said ‘Rocksalt is in great hands with loyal long term staff and family members running it, I have no doubt it will continue to go from strength to strength in Gladstone, but is my time to try something new’.
