Sew Patch n Quilt to host expert tutor Pauline Rogers

Whether you are a seasoned sewer, or just a beginner you need to stop by Sew Patch n Quilt next weekend! Owner Terri Ahrens has organised for expert tutor Pauline Rogers to hold a 2 day workshop on the 24^th & 25^th of September.

The Rectangles Rock n Roll workshop will see guests making a Jelly Roll Quilt As You Go Quilt. Terri says “You will get to work on a stunning quilt that is fun and easy to make. You construct a number of blocks that you make sewing straight seams, add borders and quilt each block with simple straight line quilting. Then you join all the blocks together with Pauline’s great QAYG technique.”

She adds “You will not only learn some great techniques, but even if you don’t finish your quilt in class, you will have the know-how to complete the quilt yourself with your own sewing machine.”
