A 60-year-old woman from the south-west of Ubobo was flown to Rockhampton Hospital on Friday afternoon after being trampled by her horse.
She sustained suspected broken ribs and a possible concussion in the accident and was treated at the scene by the RACQ Capricorn Helicopter rescue service.
