Spring has traditionally been one of the more active periods in the Australian property market. More properties tend to come to market, buyers often become more active after the quieter winter months, and there can be a renewed sense of confidence across the housing and investment sectors.  

Why does Spring attract more property activity? Traditionally, after the cold, dark months of winter, Spring is considered a prosperous season. There’s more sunlight, gardens flourish and properties can be presented more appealingly. Buyers who may have been disengaged during winter are now emerging to make decisions ahead of Christmas, and more properties coming to market means greater choice, but greater competition.
