On desktop
• Navigate to our website’s home page and click “Subscribe to Gladstone News” which will be located on the top menu and on the bottom footer menu.
• You will be prompted to create an account, and once you do so you’ll be automatically redirected to another page choose your subscription.
• Choose your subscription, and follow the prompts to pay and subscribe.
On mobile
• On the top left of the screen, click the three horizontal lines and a menu will pop out
• Click “Subscribe to Gladstone News”
• You will be prompted to create an account, and once you do so you’ll be automatically redirected to another page choose your subscription.
• Choose your subscription, and follow the prompts to pay and subscribe.
Once you subscribe you will automatically be logged in to your account and be able to access all Gladstone News content. However if you do get logged out, login using one of the following methods:
On desktop
• On the top right of the screen, click “Login” and enter your username and password
On mobile
• On the top left of the screen, click the three horizontal lines and a menu will pop out
• Click “Login” and enter your username and password
On desktop
• On the top right of the screen, click “Login” and enter your username and password
• Once logged in you’ll see your username displayed on the top right. Hover over it and click “My Account”
• On the dashboard menu on the left hand side, click “Subscription”
• Click “Cancel Subscription”
On mobile
• On the top left of the screen, click the three horizontal lines and a menu will pop out
• Click “Login” and enter your username and password
• Once logged in click the three horizontal lines again, and click on “Account” when the menu pops out
• On the dashboard menu on the top of the screen, click “Subscription”
• Click “Cancel Subscription”
You can reset your password any time.
On desktop
• On the top right of the screen, click “Login” and “Forgot Password?”
• You will then be prompted to reset your password.
On mobile
• On the top left of the screen, click the three horizontal lines and a menu will pop out
• Click “Login” and “Forgot Password?”
• You will then be prompted to reset your password.
If you subscribed using Stripe, please call the Gladstone News office on 07 4972 7648 or email sales@gladstonenews.com.au and we’d be happy to update your credit card details for you.
If you subscribed using Paypal, login to your Paypal account and update your credit card details from there.
