When you’re caring for someone you love, you quickly learn that finding the right support is about much more than a list of services. At Lionheart, we’re a family-owned, registered NDIS provider based in Gladstone since 2021, after our own family struggled to find the right support for our daughter’s complex care needs. We decided to build our own team, and we support individuals and families throughout Gladstone and the Boyne Valley, providing support that is tailored to the person rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach.
Support that fits the person
Lionheart provides a broad range of NDIS supports, including Supported Independent Living, personal and high-intensity personal care, community nursing, daily living and household support, life skills development, community participation, group and centre-based activities, travel and transport, early childhood and therapeutic supports, exercise physiology and personal training. We also provide support to people accessing Aged Care packages, helping older Australians receive the assistance they need while maintaining choice, dignity and independence.
Receiving support doesn’t mean giving up your independence. Whether you need a little help or more comprehensive support, the aim is the same: to help you live safely and independently, in the place you call home, while making your own decisions about your own life.
