Lilly-rose Kaine of Calliope is hoping the community and local businesses will get behind her effort to raise funds for Variety – the Children’s Charity who give Aussie kids a fair go.
On 18th April 2020 at Alive Pharmacy in Calliope, Lilly-rose is chopping off her long locks and donating them to Variety. The donated hair will be sent to specialised wig makers, who make wigs for those who have lost their hair due to medical conditions; such as alopecia. The wigs give those in need more confidence and better self- esteem so they can feel like themselves again.
