Football Queensland has confirmed the state team squads for the 2024 National Youth Championships for Boys, with players from across the statewide FQ Academy program set to represent Queensland. Three Under 15 and three Under 16 teams will travel to Wollongong, NSW, to participate in the national tournament from Tuesday, 16th July to Sunday, 21st July 2024.
“Football Queensland is excited to announce the state team squads for this year’s National Youth Championships for Boys, as we send our state’s brightest young footballers to shine on the national stage in Wollongong,” said FQ General Manager – Football & State Technical Director Gabor Ganczer. “FQ’s ‘One Queensland’ approach to this year’s squad selection has ensured that the best players from FQ Academy programs across the state, including our five regional centres and FQ Academy clubs, have been identified and included.”
