Brand new to the Gladstone Regional Art Gallery & Museum is the vibrant exhibition, ‘The Picture Book Art of Gregg Dreise, Dave Hackett and Lucia Masciullo’. Available to view until August 13, the imaginative display features original illustrations from popular children’s book author/illustrators. The exhibition runs in conjunction with the 2016 Curtis Coast Literary Carnivale (CCLC), held July 24 – 27.
This year’s CCLC event brings five talented author/illustrators to the Gladstone Region for a number of exciting storybook themed events including the exhibition’s official launch as well as multiple creative workshops, a panel discussion and a literary dinner:
