Emily Malberg, principal of Madloch Property explains what it is like being a woman in the Real Estate industry and any challenges that she has come across in the industry. Emily first started her journey in Real Estate in 2009 which quickly forged a reputation for her can-do attitude and commitment to stellar customer service. Emily loves genuinely helping people and help ease their stress and anxiety as they go through something as significant as ‘buying and selling real estate.’

“I think all industries come with challenges, but Real Estate in particular has been very welcoming being a woman, and I think that is why my career in Real Estate has been so long,” Emily stated. In the early years of Emily’s career in 2012, she met, and worked for, Real Estate Agent Marie Pryce in Brisbane. There she mentored Emily and taught her a better way to manage business, people and real estate. “It was my first time working for a boutique real estate agency and I will be forever thankful for her,” Emily notes. “Real estate isn’t all about big brand franchisees, it’s also about go-getter Real Estate Agents who don’t want to be held back.
