Australia’s building industry is showing renewed signs of strength, with new data revealing a 12 per cent rise in building approvals in September 2025.
According to the Australian Bureau of Statistics, approvals for both detached houses and multi-unit dwellings increased across most states and territories, signalling that recent economic changes and population growth are beginning to impact the housing sector.
