G.J. Gardner Homes and Riverstone Rise come together for Gladstone community.

GLADSTONE’S largest master planned community, Riverstone Rise, is expected to start a buyer’s rush within the local property industry after joining forces with G.J. Gardner Homes to provide a range of quality house and land packages ideal for first home buyers or those on a budget.

With the recent increase to the First Home Owners Grant to $20,000, both G.J. Gardner Homes and Riverstone Rise are adding their own bonus offer of $5,000 each to provide an incredible opportunity of $30,000 for First Home Buyers and $10,000 to other customers.
