It’s a very exciting time for teachers and students at Gladstone State High School this week welcoming the private Ivy League research university, Harvard to the Gladstone Region.

Dr Collins, from Harvard University will be presenting a seminar on improving school performance through writing and thinking across the curriculum on 16 February at Gladstone State High School. Educators from surrounding and district schools have been invited to attend.

On the 17th Dr Collins will be working with a dozen or so teachers and Senior Executives from Gladstone State High School one on one.

It’s is an excellent opportunity for local teachers who’ll be learning from this calibre of educator.

Notable Alumni from Harvard University

  • Natalie Portman
  • Mark Zuckerberg
  • Bill Gates
