A big day for Matt Burnett today, after receiving almost 60{7a2eb471754f58cbf59baa93ee81dc7b74d186cb2e306188f39c85ba863dbab8} of Gladstone Residents votes in the GRC Election, he has been officially declared by the Electoral Commission of Queensland as the successful Mayoral candidate.
At 4pm Matt Burnett was appointed to the office of Mayor of Gladstone Regional Council.
