Public Art stoush – Too many roses for council exterior?

Art is a matter of personal taste and it was the concern of Cr Cindi Bush in today’s Gladstone Regional Council meeting that a proposed public art project outside council chambers should be approved by the RADF panel before it’s given the go-ahead.

 To celebrate their 25th anniversary, the Zonta Club of Gladstone offered to donate decorative shade panels, prominently featuring their “rose” logo, to the piazza area outside the council chambers at 101 Goondoon Street.
