I HAD THE PLEASURE RECENTLY OF OFFICIALLY OPENING BLACKWATER’S “PARKWAVE”, A NATIONAL YOUTH WEEK INITIATIVE COORDINATED BY THE CENTRAL HIGHLANDS REGIONAL COUNCIL (CHRC) WITH FUNDING ASSISTANCE FROM THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT.
