New York Works on display at the Gallery and Museum – Artist from White Plains, New York.

Gladstone Regional Art Gallery & Museum is excited to be showing a selection of works on paper, from international artist Howard Lewis during Origami Fold Series. Capturing different qualities of light Lewis maximizes detail allowing the texture and age of each subject to be felt. The synthesis of the photographic elements is a provocative mystery. By changing the nuances of light, Lewis takes traditional subjects and turns them into new visual imagery.
