Local Athletes Successful in Sporting Grants

Successful applicants for Round 3 of the Federal Government’s 2023-2024 Local Sporting Champions and local Para Championships programs have been announced.

Designed to offer financial assistance to coaches, officials, and competitors aged between 12-18, the Local Sporting Championships program aids those participating in state, national, or international championships. Successful candidates will receive grants ranging from $500 to $750, helping defray the expenses associated with attending their respective competitions.
