Living with an intellectual disability, Colby faces challenges in literacy and numeracy, and his condition prevents him from obtaining a driver’s license. When Robyn suggested trolley collection, Colby was enthusiastic, recognising it as a job that didn’t require a driver’s licence. With guidance, Colby applied for suitable positions, and APM facilitated workplace assessments and Wage Subsidies to bolster his applications.
