The Gladstone Men’s Shed is opening its doors to the community on Thursday, September 11, 2025, for a special event combining R U OK? Day and Men’s Shed Week. From 10am to 2pm, locals are invited to drop by the Shed for a day of connection, conversation, and community spirit.
The event is set to be a celebration of mateship, wellbeing, and the many activities that bring people together. Visitors can browse trade displays from Cabots, Inspirations, Loctite, Selleys, and Stanley Tools, while also accessing valuable mental and physical health information. CQ Health, the Cancer Council, Dr Tim Driscoll of the Royal Flying Doctor Service, and Bradley Laird of Darkside Kings will all be on hand to share knowledge and resources.
