After three years of growing Blend Café in Tannum Sands, Rachel and the team decided the next step was to bring Blend into the heart of Gladstone. Originally starting as an idea to expand the café, it has now evolved into Blend Café & Cocktail Bar – a space that will still offer everything people know and love about Blend during the day, while transforming into a relaxed cocktail bar in the evenings.
The team’s vision is to create a venue where you could grab your morning coffee or breakfast, catch up over lunch and tapas, and then come back for cocktails, delicious food designed around social dining, and a completely different atmosphere at night.
