From the heart of Queensland’s Boyne Valley comes an initiative that’s as inspiring as it is heartfelt, “Celebrating Women of the Valley”, a community-driven project set to honour the lives, resilience, and contributions of women across four rural villages.
The project is spearheaded by Nicole Galvin, a Mental Health Counsellor with Rural Aid Australia, who is based in Calliope and travels extensively across Queensland supporting farmers, families, and communities. Combining her professional role with a deep personal passion for rural life, Nicole has joined forces with local women to shine a spotlight on the strength and stories that shape country Australia.
