Expanded Training Opportunities Strengthen Gladstone’s Construction Workforce 

Gladstone’s construction workforce is set to gain from an expanded range of industry training options, with Harness Energy now delivering CSQ-funded short courses across both the Building & Construction and Civil Construction sectors. 

The new suite of subsidised programs, offered at Harness Energy’s Gladstone training facility, is supported by Construction Skills Queensland (CSQ). The initiative provides eligible workers, apprentices and jobseekers with access to heavily funded training designed to improve safety, build capability and support ongoing workforce development across Central Queensland.
