One is a Process Control Engineer, and the other works in Alumina Production, but both Brad Dillion and Greg Flintham have achieved an impressive 40 years of service at the Rio Tinto QAL refinery in Gladstone.
Brad Dillion, a Process Control Engineer, started as an apprentice instrument fitter with the company. “I came out, and it was just basically a big eye-opener, seeing how big the place was – it seemed massive! But now that I’ve been here for that long, now it’s just normal”
