On 26th August, CQUniversity STEM Central delivered a Young STEM Expo as part of National Science week. In partnership with Trinity College and the Inspiring Australia STEM Hub network, proudly supported by the Queensland Government, students from Year 6 Trinity College as well as Year 9 and Year 11 robotics students designed and delivered rotational activities for almost 400 school students across 8 schools in the region from Rosedale, Miriam Vale, Gladstone and Boyne Island.
The activities were co-designed with students and educators and included lessons linked to the Australian Curriculum for teachers. Each week, Trinity College STEM specialist teacher Cara Morgan delivers their upper primary school Digital Technology classes at CQUniversity in STEM Central.
