Young female swimmers in Gladstone have been given a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to learn from some of Australia’s most accomplished athletes, during an exclusive clinic designed to inspire, educate, and empower the next generation.
Led by former world record-holding breaststroke champion Jade Edminstone, Swimnastics expert Kirsten Norden, and current Olympian Abbey Harkin, the clinic focused on building strength, refining technique, and understanding the importance of nutrition in high-performance sport.
