Queensland Mental Health Awareness Week (QMHAW) is an annual event that aims to put a spotlight on individual and community mental health and wellbeing.
The initiative is linked to National Mental Health Week and World Mental Health Day, which is held on October 10 each year. QMHAW aims to encourage people with and without experience of lived mental illness to assess our mental health and wellbeing, and to seek help if we need it.
