Gladstone is home to one of the busiest ports in Australia, it also accounts for 20% of Queensland’s electricity load – the largest outside of South-East Queensland.
We have a proud history in the region, dating back to the 1970s when we connected the Gladstone Power Station – the oldest and largest coal-fired power station in Queensland – to the grid.
