West Among The Best: Five Teams From Gladstone West State School Receive Medals At National Sport Aerobic Championships

School teams from South Australia, New South Wales, Victoria and Queensland competed in the huge event earlier this month.

Gladstone West State School’s teams placed among some of the top competitors at the event. The Year 1 ‘West Gems’ placed first, as well as the Year 4 ‘WestEnergy’ team, with both teams now holding the title of national champions. The Year 2 ‘West Wonders’ placed second, as well as the Year 5 ‘West Starlight’ team and the Year 6 ‘West Warriors’. The school also had two fitness teams attend the event.
