The Coalition Government’s successful PaTH programme helps to provide young unemployed Australians with on the job training that will help them find and keep a job.
The first stage of the program roll out has already put over 6000 young people into a job, including more than 80 in Flynn.
Now, the Australian Retailers’ Association has agreed to place 10,000 young interns in this quality programme. It’s a welcome commitment that will make a positive difference to the lives of thousands of young Australians.
Since the Coalition was elected in 2013 the economy has created more than 686,000 jobs. The Youth Jobs PaTH program is a central element of the Government’s comprehensive plan to get more Australians into work.
Now this announcement will provide more opportunities for thousands of young Australians to learn new skills and showcase their talents in retail.
