Annual Suicide Awareness Ride 2023: May 13

The annual family-friendly event aims to promote social connectedness, and remove the stigma surrounding mental illness.

This year’s event will promote two routes to choose from: the Touring route for road bikes, and the Adventure route for dirt bikes. Both routes will begin at the Gladstone Marina Stage plaza area, with registrations opening at 7am. At approximately 9am, the journey will begin, with all attendees heading West, visiting smaller country towns and stopping for morning tea and lunch on the way. Both events will finish at the Ubobo Discovery Centre for an afternoon of presentations, live music, dinner, drinks and overnight camping.
