Works are scheduled to commence on August 21st, which will see the old Gladstone Village Motor Inn on Ballantine Street be demolished.
In it’s place, Gladstone’s second KFC franchise is set to take over the development site and will also accommodate another car wash. The site at 20 Ballantine Street, has been purchased by Sunshine Coast property developer RM Developments which is closely involved in the successful re-launch dating back to late last year of Eden Residences townhouses in Glen Eden.
