Emergency, sporting and community organisations in the Gladstone region are among the local grant recipients from ACCIONA Energía’s 2026 Aldoga Solar Farm Small Grants Program. The annual grants program supports local not-for-profit organisations with grants of up to $10,000 as part of ACCIONA Energía’s $120,000-a-year community benefits program. The program is part of ACCIONA Energía’s commitment to the long-term future of communities around its renewable energy projects.
In total, more than $30,000 was awarded to seven local and community organisations in 2026 including the Birralee Kindergarten & Community Preschool to fund a nature play and plumbing upgrade and CareFlight Limited to undertake essential training for first responders.
