A significant infrastructure upgrade is underway in the Gladstone region as approximately 5,000 residential and commercial properties are set to receive advanced water meters. This initiative marks Stage 4 of a multi-year project aimed at enhancing water management efficiency and empowering property owners with greater insight into their water consumption.
The current phase of the rollout, which commenced this month and is expected to continue until late 2025, will target properties in Gladstone Central, Barney Point, Callemondah, Kirkwood, New Auckland, West Gladstone, and parts of South Gladstone.
