Boyne Island and Tannum Sands’ football scene was electrified as the Simmons Civil BITS BLITZ Carnival unfolded under the radiant Central Queensland sunshine, marking a resounding success for players, coaches, families, and spectators alike. With a palpable sense of camaraderie and support, the day raced by in a blur of competitive spirit and familial warmth, epitomising the essence of football.

A staggering 450 participants took to the field, accompanied by an estimated crowd of over 2000, creating a vibrant tapestry of sporting enthusiasm. The matches brimmed with intensity, with some age groups witnessing nail-biting finishes and thrilling countbacks to determine the ultimate victors.
