Byrne Lawyers, based in Gladstone, Bundaberg and Biloela, have been named the 2026 Queensland Training Awards Small Employer of the Year, taking home the award as they went up against finalists Darrin Price Constructions and M Hair & Co.
The award recognises Queensland businesses demonstrating outstanding achievement in vocational education and training, including their commitment to developing staff, building skills and creating career pathways in a workplace with 99 or fewer full-time equivalent employees.
