Join us at our next Queensland Community of Practice for STEM Engagement meeting on 14 October from 10 am to 12 pm. Chaired by CQUniversity Associate Professor Linda Pfeiffer, the event will focus on sharing best-practice approaches to engaging young people and strengthening collaboration between educators and industry. The theme for this meeting is: Best practices in engaging with industry and other educators, with a particular focus on young people. The Queensland Chief Scientist (attending Gladstone in-person) will also briefly share some information about the new Science and Innovation Strategy, Ideas into Impact: From discovery to delivery and you will have the opportunity to meet colleagues in STEM engagement. The Community of Practice is an inclusive engagement space, please come prepared to share your projects’ learnings and contribute your insights to the network.
