Guiding the organisation’s strategic direction through to 2031, the Gladstone Regional Council (GRC) has endorsed a new five-year Corporate Plan to reflect the ambitions and priorities they hear consistently from the local community and its people.
Titled Our Vision 2026-2031, the Corporate Plan is underpinned by four ambitions: Community, Economy, Environment, and Trust and Confidence.
