The median sale price for houses in Gladstone now sits at $535,000, reinforcing the region’s growing appeal for buyers seeking affordable property options and solid investment potential. Gladstone, along with Rockhampton and Townsville, was highlighted as one of the most affordable markets in Queensland, while still delivering impressive quarterly price growth.
