Gladstone is celebrating a remarkable achievement with a talented group of athletes and coaches from Gladstone Gymnastics Club earning selection to represent Queensland in 2026. Their success is a proud moment not only for the individuals involved but also for the entire community that has supported them throughout their sporting journeys. Selection to a Queensland State Team is one of the highest honours a gymnast can achieve, and for Gladstone Gymnastics Club to have such strong representation across multiple teams highlights the depth of talent, dedication, and commitment being developed right here in the region.
In Acrobatic Gymnastics, Layla, Jayda and Kayla have been selected in the Level 8 Trio, while Olivia, Lara and Hannah will compete in the Level 7 Trio. Chelsea, Amber and Tiana have earned selection in the Level 6 Trio, and Maci and Milaan will represent Queensland in the Level 6 Pair division. Adding to the excitement, Letitia Burton has been selected as a personal coach, recognising her dedication to athlete development and her valuable contribution to the sport.
