Chris and Daz, a married couple and owners of the local drive-through café Coffee on Toolooa, have quickly become known for more than just great coffee and fresh donuts. Since taking over the business in December 2025, the pair have focused on creating a welcoming space built around community, connection, and supporting locals.
One customer who became part of that community was Neil, who loved stopping by for his favourite donuts and coffee. Sadly, Neil recently passed away from bile duct cancer. After seeing a heartfelt comment from Neil’s sister and carer, Binny, Chris and Daz knew they wanted to do something meaningful in his honour.
