The Gladstone Suns have earned national recognition at the Good Sports Awards in Canberra, marking a proud moment for both the club and the wider Gladstone community.
Represented by President Jeremy Clay, Vice President Daniel Clay, and past President Tim Sparkman, the Suns stood among the country’s leading community clubs. Their efforts were rewarded with the title of National Junior Club of the Year, while Tim Sparkman was honoured as National Volunteer of the Year. The club also received Runner-Up in both the Safe Transport Award and Queensland Club of the Year categories.
